While we work with individuals of all ages, at Pivot we especially value working with individuals who are 18 years of age and under. While this is the most crucial and effective time to develop good athletic practices, we are also aware that the benefits of training with us go beyond athletics and are part of your child’s successful development into adulthood.
Not only do we strive to create positive movement mechanics that will help them be prepared for the more rigorous demands of sport, we better leave them with tools and practices that they will be able to use into adulthood where overall health can become more elusive.
